Have been looking for this everywhere. Originally appeared in LIFE magazine and reprinted in the best-of or history of LIFE book in the 80s. Does anybody know that woman's name? LIFE called her a "despondent divorcee". Did you know Neil Gaiman used it in a Sandman story -- the one where Dr. John Dee goes to the coffee shop and drives everybody crazy?

Try to get the ones, also from LIFE, taken about the same period, where a bride (Italian-language last name) is shown walking cheerfully up the church steps with her father, and in the next shot she has fallen dead. My guess is a heart condition but who knows!
